Bank Monitoring

Independent development monitoring for lenders, funders and investors.

GP Surveys Ltd provides independent monitoring of residential and commercial development projects across London and South East England. We review available project information, undertake periodic site inspections and report on progress, expenditure, anticipated cost to complete and material delivery risks.

Independent reporting for development funding

Development finance exposes lenders and investors to risks associated with design, approvals, procurement, cost, programme and construction progress. Independent monitoring provides the instructing party with a clearer understanding of the project at the outset and as the work proceeds.

Our reports present observations on the information available, identify material matters requiring attention and provide proportionate commentary to support the funder’s own decision-making process.

Independent observations

Reporting prepared for the instructing lender, funder or investor within the agreed scope.

Visible project risks

Identification of material cost, programme, technical and delivery matters apparent from the information reviewed.

Progress reporting

Periodic commentary on the physical progress observed during site inspections.

Drawdown support

Reporting on progress, expenditure information and anticipated cost to complete to assist the funder’s assessment.
